Returns window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to start a return

Email kbbafrik@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if defective) photos.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
Return shipping costs

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return cost and issue a full refund.
Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No restocking fees.
