Refund policy



Returns window

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return

  • Email kbbafrik@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if defective) photos.

  • We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

Return shipping costs

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return cost and issue a full refund.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • No restocking fees.
